Swiss pieces in our collection

Swiss makers are known for engineering and for leather: Giroflex, whose founding family patented the first sprung swivel office chair in 1926 and for which Martin Stoll designed in the 1970s; De Sede, known for thick, carefully finished hides; and Strässle. These pieces were built to last decades of daily use, and most need cleaning, care and new padding rather than a full rebuild.
