About the Falcon chair
Sigurd Ressell designed the Falcon chair in 1971 for the Norwegian factory Vatne Møbler. A wooden frame and steel mounts hold a leather seat like a hammock, so the chair seems to hover, with deep, soft support for the back and head. We restore Falcons regularly: new natural leather in caramel, honey or black, a restored wooden frame and cleaned metal and suspension joints.
